MTV ANNOUNCES FIVE DAYS OF VMA THEMED CONCERTS ACROSS BROOKLYN AND MANHATTAN LEADING UP TO THE 2013 “MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS” AIRING LIVE FROM BROOKLYN’S BARCLAYS CENTER ON AUGUST 25 AT 9:00PM ET/PT

MTV is set to take Brooklyn and Manhattan by storm with a series of VMA-themed concerts and events taking place across both boroughs in the week leading up to the 2013 “MTV Video Music Awards,” which will air LIVE from Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on August 25 at 9:00pm ET/PT. Kicking off on Tuesday, August 20 and continuing through Saturday, August 24,music fans will be treated to free shows headlined by some of today’s hottest musical acts, including four-time VMA Nominee Robin Thicke, Ciara, Jason Derulo, The Neighbourhood and Hot Chelle Rae.
