Voters in the 9th Congressional District in Brooklyn and Queens are eagerly awaiting special election results to see whether Republican candidate Bob Turner or Democratic candidate David Weprin will fill Anthony Weiner's former seat in the House of Representatives. It looks more and more like Turner will be the winner. He received 42% of the vote in the last election versus Weiner. Turner was the creator of THE JERRY SPRINGER SHOW.
